We believe that the relationship between you and your youth group kids is critical in encouraging their spiritual growth. We know how important it is for you, as a youth leader, to maximize your time with the kids in your group and continue building relationships. That's why we work so diligently to cover all the bases for you.

1.  Staff and adult participants are well screened. We get references and multi-state background checks on all participating adults (21+ years).

2.  Staff training focuses on safety.

3.  Each trip includes staff who are first aid and CPR certified.

4.  Staff roaming from site to site to help out when needed and to verify that all efforts are being made to "keep it safe."

5.  Local medical facilities are identified ahead of time and directions and phone numbers are provided to participants.
